Fire Prevention Bureau

The Wood-Ridge Fire Prevention Bureau is responsible for fire inspections in all industrial, commercial and residential buildings in the borough.  The bureau is also responsible for determining the cause and origin of all fires within the borough and conducts fire safety public education for local schools and community organizations.

The Fire Prevention Bureau is headed by Fire Official Damian Cauceglia.  All fire inspectors are certified by the NJ Division of Fire Safety.
