Trash compactor fire in Teterboro

February 28, 2025

At 10:48 hours, Hasbrouck Heights Fire Command requested a ladder truck and engine respond to the US Postal Service building, 200 Industrial Ave., Teterboro for a trash compactor fire. Chief K. Cribben, Truck 904 and Engine 901 responded and assisted the HHFD with checking for fire extension and overhauling the fire area. All WR units were back in service at 11:40 hours.
