Today, members of the Wood-Ridge Fire Department (WRFD) participated in a specialized “Man in Machine” class presented by Rescue Products International and hosted by Ramsey Rescue. This advanced training session focused on honing skills essential for complex rescue scenarios, including vehicle extrication under unique circumstances, machinery entrapment rescues, and other technical challenges firefighters may encounter.

The training combined hands-on experience with expert instruction, providing firefighters with practical techniques and strategies to respond effectively to emergencies requiring precise technical expertise.

WRFD is committed to continuous education and professional development to better serve our community. By staying at the forefront of rescue techniques, our firefighters ensure they are prepared for any situation.
